मैं लगभग २ साल से पाइल्स से परेशान था। मैंने आयुर्वेदिक दवा कराई, एलोपैथिक दवा भी कराई लेकिन कुछ ज्यादा फायदा नहीं हुआ। मुझे बैठने में काफी दिक्कत होती थी और सुबह फ्रेश होने जाना बेहद तकलीफदेह होता था।
मैंने लेजर सर्जरी के बारे में सुना था। फिर जब मैंने लेजर 360 क्लीनिक का एडवरटाइजमेंट देखा तो मुझे लगा कि एक बार दिखाने में कोई हर्ज नहीं है।
सबसे पहले फोन पे लेजर 360 टीम से बात हुई। उन्होंने मेरी समस्या विस्तार से सुनी और पुराने इलाज के बारे में भी पूछा। उसके बाद अपने वरिष्ठ सर्जन से भी मेरी फोन पे बात कराई। उन्होंने मुझसे मेरी तकलीफ के बारे में कुछ सवाल किए और फिर गाजियाबाद वाले सेंटर पे देखने के लिए बुलाया।
एक बार दिखाने के बाद मुझे विस्तार से मेरी समस्या समझाई। ये भी बताया कि क्या क्या तरीके है इलाज के। लेजर सर्जरी के बारे में पूरी जानकारी भी दी। इतने सरल तरीके से समझने के बाद मेरा डर भी कम हो चुका था।
मैं लगभग 3 दिन बाद शाम को भर्ती हो गया था। अगले दिन सुबह मेरी सर्जरी हुई । शाम को डॉक्टर साहब ने एक बार सारी सावधानियां समझा दी ओर छुट्टी कर दी।
लेजर 360 टीम ने सर्जरी के बाद भी मेरा हाल चाल हर दो दिनो में लिया। लगभग एक हफ्ते बाद डॉक्टर साहब ने फिर से मुझे बुलाया और ये सुनिश्चत किया कि सब ठीक है।
अब मेरी समस्या पूरी तरह ठीक है और मैं पूरी तरह स्वस्थ हूं। मैं लेजर 360 क्लीनिक का बहुत बहुत आभार व्यक्त करता हूं और उन्हें अच्छे काम के लिए शुभकामनाएं देता हूं।
